Context in Discourse Analysis of Indonesian Colonial Texts

چکیده
Discourses are defined as ideas conveyed by humans through language using a series of sentences in co-text and context. Co-text is the cohesive coherent relationship between written words, phrases, sentences, paragraph. Generally, contexts understood more broadly even beyond boundaries language, therefore, it considered non- linguistic. It also circumstances behind an idea used reference for understanding expression. In colonial discourse, narrative texts which express real situation time existing reality. Similarly, use discourse markers form or represents condition context that socio- historical socio-cultural. This article, discusses concept with application projected from Indies Literary.
